Our mission at Linbrooke Geriatric Care Associates is to help the senior members of our communities to live longer and healthy lives while maintaining their independence, dignity and respect.

Linbrooke Geriatric Care Associates grew from a personal feeling of helplessness and  confusion. I watched as an elderly family member's health declined and my family's questions about what to do and next steps  went unanswered. I decided that I wanted to assist the elderly as well as their families and caregivers by offering consultations, personalized assessments and guidance through the development of care plans in order to ensure that all those involved in the future of a senior loved one are knowledgable of all possible options and are provided with the tools in order to make an independent, dignified future for their senior possible.

As Professional Geriatric Care Managers we evaluate your situation, identify areas that
could be improved upon, provide solutions, and work with you to design a plan for maximizing independence and well being.  We also arrange for special services and monitor your care on a one to one basis.
